Racing season extends from late July through August every year. The National Museum of Racing, which contains artwork and racing memorabilia, is conveniently located just across the street. There's also harness racing at the Saratoga Raceway and world class polo. Saratoga Polo is
one of the four oldest clubs in the nation
dating back to 1898. The Saratoga
Harness Museum and Hall of Fame. Housed on the grounds of Saratoga
Raceway. Open seasonally. 518-587-4210. There is also a library
that chronicles the history of Standardbred racing. |
